The Team Automotive consists of Human Factors and Traffic Psychology researchers who deal with the interaction of drivers with trendsetting technologies in vehicles. Research within this scope aims to enhance safety in road traffic. Special attention is paid to novel concepts for driver assistance systems, using psychophysiological data and performance data for implementation and evaluation.
The goal of this interdisciplinary working group consists in enhancing communication between researchers operating in different projects on human-machine interaction in vehicles, as well as communication between researchers and users.
